A Decade of Delicious Decadence!

Chocolate and Wine Mark your calendar!  The Friends of the Monterey Public Library will present their 10th annual Chocolate & Wine Tasting Benefit on Friday, February 20, 2015, 7 - 9 p.m.  Celebrate a Decade of Delicious Decadence with wine tasting, chocolate cakes, brownies, petit fours, chocolate fountain, cookies, and many other delights both sweet and savory.  Held throughout the Library, the event includes live music, a silent auction, balloon pop, raffle, and more fun than anyone should be allowed to have in the Library!  Tickets go on sale in November, and may be purchased at the Library Help Desk, $30 in advance or $35 at the door.  Must be 21-up to attend. All proceeds benefit the Monterey Public Library.  For more information email Inga Waite or call (831) 646-5602.

The vision of the FRIENDS of the Monterey Public Library is to have an interested, educated, and highly satisfied reader and user pool representative of the wider community of the Monterey Peninsula and supportive of a high level of quality services and resources provided by the Library.
